He is proficient in Transaction Advisory Services, Bookkeeping, Auditing and Assurance, Financial Statement analysis, Backend Accounting (IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP), Taxation and Bookkeeping and Business establishment advisory. Prakhar has experience in providing transactions, assurance, accounting and consultancy services to clients across sectors ranging from Telecom, Media, Technology and others.

Aditya, a Chartered Accountant (US CPA Equivalent), is having more than 7 years of experience in the field of auditing, transaction advisory and business development. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed his graduation from A grade Indian university. Prior to eCloudacc, Aditya worked with one of the big 4 for more than 7 years.

He is well equipped with knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and Ind AS and supported clients with related GAAP implementations and transitions. Aditya has assisted his clients with exceptional support in financial due diligence and auditing.
